By participating in GreenSync pilots or reward programs, users agree to these terms and to follow local rules for proper disposal. Participation in the program is voluntary and users may opt-out at any time.

Users are responsible for:

• •Providing accurate information during registration
• •Following proper waste segregation guidelines
• •Using bins respectfully and reporting any technical issues
• •Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

Brands and partners agree to provide valid reward inventory and abide by campaign commitments. All promotional materials must comply with local regulations and GreenSync brand guidelines.

Partner obligations include:

• •Honoring reward vouchers and promotional offers
• •Providing accurate advertising content for bin displays
• •Complying with agreed partnership terms and payment schedules
• •Maintaining appropriate brand standards in all campaign materials

Pilot hosts agree to work with GreenSync on bin placement and maintenance. Host institutions are responsible for:

• •Providing suitable locations for bin installation
• •Ensuring electrical connectivity where required
• •Supporting user onboarding and communication
• •Coordinating with GreenSync for regular maintenance
• •Participating in pilot evaluation and feedback sessions

GreenSync provides the service as is and makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for:

• •Service interruptions or technical difficulties
• •Loss or theft of items disposed in bins
• •Partner reward fulfillment issues
• •Third-party content or advertising displayed on bins

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
